NEPA Comments

Your input helps agencies make informed project decisions. The federal agencies encourage you to participate in the comment periods throughout the NEPA process. All comments submitted to federal agencies are shared with Oregon Department of Energy.

The re-opened scoping period for the B2H Project closed on September 27, 2010. The federal agencies reviewed comments submitted in the summer of 2010 and fall 2008 comment periods and summarized them in the revised scoping report.

The next official comment period will be initiated with the publication of the draft environmental impact statement (EIS). The federal agencies will notify the public of the opportunity to comment on the draft EIS.

If you have any questions or would like more information on the NEPA process, contact Holly Orr, BLM National Project Manager.
