SCHEDULE

Image of the potential schedule for the Boardman to Hemingway Transmission Line Project assuming Idaho Power and the project meet all regulatory requirements. It is subject to change. The Energy Facility Siting Council process and National Environmental Policy Act process started in early 2008 and will run through 2012-13. Right of Way acquisition could commence in 2012 and could continue through 2014. Engineering work started in 2008 and will continue through 2013. Construction could begin as early as 2013 and conclude in 2015. The transmission line could be operational by 2013.
This is a target schedule and is contingent on Idaho Power's applications meeting all regulatory requirements.
